Josée Lemoine had a finance career spanning several blue chip companies across multiple industries and geographies. She is no stranger to leading innovation and change, having led the finance transformation program at Telstra as part of her broader portfolio. Prior to Telstra, Ms Lemoine has held senior leadership roles at Rio Tinto Alcan, Fairfax, Boral and Arnott’s. She started her career at KPMG and had worked in its offices in Canada, New Zealand and Hungary. Ms Lemoine holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Hautes Etudes Commerciales (HEC) at the University of Montréal and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (formerly known as the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants). She joined the board of the Over Fifty Guardian Friendly Society in October 2016.
