Jonathan(Jon) Gidney

Mr Gidney is a corporate advisor with more than 30 years in the Investment Banking sector. During his career, Jon held Senior Advisor and management roles with J.P. Morgan, Greenhill & Co and most recently as Vice Chairman -Banking Capital Markets & Advisory at Citi. Jon has a financial background, a solid understanding of global capital markets and corporate risk and governance with a history of working with Australian and International Boards on strategy, M&A and capital market transactions. He is Senior Advisor at Wilsons Advisory, Non-Executive Director of FNZ (APAC) Group of Companies and a Director of Australian Financial Services Licensee, El Calamar Capital Pty Ltd.
