US-based Jonathan Weber has over 25 years of experience with some of the world’s most well-known and respected brands in the restaurant industry.
He was vice president of operations at Applebee’s International, the largest casual dining chain in the US; chief executive and president of Apple Investors Group, a privately-held multi-brand restaurant company; and executive vice president of Cheddar’s Casual Café Inc.
Mr Weber has been the chief executive and president of NPC International since August 2019 and has other executive leadership roles with responsibilities across North America for Hard Rock International and Uno
Restaurants Inc. He is also a consultant to the board of International Pizza Hut Franchise Holders Association, and a former board director for Restaurant Supply Chain Solutions LLC.
