Jonathan Schneider is a partner in Deloitte's corporate and international tax practice and specialises in providing tax advice to energy and resources clients. He also specialises in Australian taxation issues on cross-border energy and resources deals, and has been closely involved with international structuring opportunities for various energy and resource companies investing in and out of Australia including dealing with the tax issues around financing structures.
