Jon Sparks

Jon Sparks has over 18 years of experience in the property development industry in Australia and South Africa. He joined Stirling Capital in 2015 as a director of developments and overseas significant projects including the $240 million Cirque Apartments. Prior to joining Stirling Capital, Mr Sparks held development roles with Australand and with Rabie Property Group in South Africa where he specialised in the end-to-end development management of a number of award-winning, mixed-use and apartment projects at the iconic Century City development. He has a National Diploma in Building from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology, specialising in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying.
