Jon Bishop
Co-Head of Resources Research, WA / Jarden
Jon Bishop is a resource analyst focused on the mining, oil and gas sectors. He has more than 25 years of technical and commercial experience within the mining, resources, and finance industries.
Mr Bishop joined Euroz in late 2007 as a mining analyst before becoming a generalist resources analyst, and executive director of Euroz Securities in 2011, and head of research department in 2016. He became the co-head of resources research at investment banker Jarden's newly opened Perth office in June 2022.
Mr Bishop holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Geology from the University of Western Australia, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Financial Services Institute of Australia.
