John Sanders is a senior corporate lawyer with over 20 years’ experience, having held legal and commercial roles in top tier law firms and international resource companies. He has a broad range of experience in corporate governance, international mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation and implementing resource projects. Mr Sanders has previously worked for Herbert Smith Freehills, King and Wood Mallesons in Perth and Clifford Chance in London, as well as acting as senior in-house counsel at Woodside Energy and Hess Exploration Australia.
