John Kirkwood is a senior construction professional with more than 38 years of experience in the engineering and building construction industries. As Executive General Manager, West, He is responsible for operations in the Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia, Victoria and Northern Territory. Mr Kirkwood commenced with Leighton Contractors in 2013 as general manager. Before joining Leighton Contractors, he was the national operations director of Abigroup and held various positions throughout his 26-year tenure. He is also a member of the executive council of the Queensland Master Builders Association.
