His experience and skills include providing audit and consultancy services to entities in a range of industries. He has a keen interest in transport businesses, franchises, health industries, sporting organisations. Mr Dorazio also provides support to mergers and acquisitions with experience in purchaser due diligence, vendor due diligence and contract support.
