John Annand is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary with extensive commercial, financial and operational experience gained over 25 years in a number of varied roles.
Mr Annand is experienced in all aspects of managing a public listed company in a highly regulated environment, strategy development and execution, marketing, research and development, supply chain management, operations, contract negotiation and management, capital raisings, investor and public relations, corporate governance and company secretarial practice.
Mr Annand was chief financial officer and acting chief executive within the oil and gas industry. He has also acquired customer, stakeholder, and joint venture relationship and management skills gained from working across international jurisdictions whilst employed with Norwest Energy, Woodside Energy, National Australia Bank and KPMG.
