Joel Skipworth co-founded Orlando Drilling in 2007. The business was sold to Dynamic Driill & Blast (later known as Dynamic Group Holdings) in May 2021. Mr Skipworth remained with the company as executive director until November 2023 when he transitioned to a group asset executive role following the integration of Orlando Drilling into Dynamic Group.
