Joanne Palmer is a Registered Company Auditor, an experienced non-executive director and a Fellow of the Institutes' of Chartered Accountants in Australia and the UK.
She has over 25 years of experience providing audit and assurance services on company listings, mergers, acquisitions and takeovers, and has significant experience in auditing the operations of mining companies particularly those that have international operations.
Ms Palmer spent 19 years at EY, including 7 years as an equity partner, working predominately as an external auditor within EY's Assurance practices in London and Perth.
Ms Palmer was a non-executive director and company secretary of Perth Symphony Orchestra, non-executive director of Breast Cancer Care WA, and has been a volunteer lifeguard at North Cottesloe Surf Lifesaving Club for over 12 years.
