Jessica O'Neil

Jessica O'Neil joined Dwyer Durack’s Family & De Facto Law Department in September 2016 and became head of the department in 2018.

Since returning to Western Australia in 2011, Ms O'Neil's practice has focused predominantly on family law. She has extensive experience in complex financial matters and child-related proceedings including matters involving trusts and corporate structure, international child abduction, Hague Convention applications, relocation and recovery, allegations of child abuse and domestic violence.
