Jesper Sentow has over 20 years of experience as a chief financial officer and/or company secretary of stock exchange listed and private, Australian and international companies. He has worked in Europe, India and South East Asia; and expertise in commercial decision-making, strategic planning, risk management, financial management, IT management, and business acquisitions.
For more than 8 years, Mr Sentow has operated his own management consulting business specialising in corporate financial management and strategic planning, corporate governance and commercial improvement. Through this work, he has been a director/committee member of many boards including several charities.
Mr Sentow holds an MBA from Macquarie University, and is a member of CPA Australia.
