Jenni Hill

Jenni Hill is a commercial dispute resolution lawyer based in Perth. She has extensive experience in commercial and corporate litigation, including a number of large commercial litigation trials in the Supreme and Federal Courts. Ms Hill has significant skills and expertise in Corporations Act litigation, including board spills, proxy fights, directors’ duties and shareholder rights. Ms Hill was appointed to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in June 2019.
