Jenna Gore

Jenna Gore is on a mission to encourage, educate and empower parents to improve their child’s sleep. Breaking away from the traditional trajectory of clinical psychology, Ms Gore became a sleep consultant in the hope that it would allow patients to feel more comfortable in accessing her services. Ms Gore founded Sleep Science Guru, which helps parents understand what healthy sleep patterns look like for babies, toddlers and children and why sleep issues occur, providing personalised sleep plans.
