Jemma Hutchinson

Jemma Hutchinson launched national real estate business Maverix Property Group in October 2024.

She was the national director of office leasing at Colliers International since January 2022.

Prior to that, she was the national leasing manager of commercial at Primewest from January 2017 to December 2021. She won the prestigious Office Agent of the Year (in sales and/or leasing) award in 2019. Ms Hutchinson also spent over 3 years as an office leasing executive at Knight Frank Australia and over 5 years as general manager of The Regus Group.
