Jeffrey Diermeier has experience in accounting standards, financial analysis, financial reporting and corporate governance standards, and business management, as well as a deep understanding of the investment management business gained through his many years of experience in the mutual fund and asset management industry.
Mr Diermeier was a director of the University of Wisconsin Foundation since 1998 and former chair of its investment committee. He has been a director of Adams Street Partners since 2011 and is a minority owner of Stairway Partners LLC where he served as an advisory board member from 2005 to 2012.
Earlier in his career, Mr Diermeier served in number of positions in the global asset management division of UBS and its predecessor organisations, primarily Brinson Partners Inc. He began as an equity analyst and became global chief investment officer from 2000 to 2004. Mr Diermeier was also a co-owner and chair of LB White Company, president and chief executive of the CFA Institute.
