Jason West has extensive senior executive experience in the finance sector (banking), resource sector, as well as multiple non-executive positions with private sector companies. He specialises in strategy, operational and business readiness, program delivery, business optimisation and organisation design. Mr West also has extensive knowledge and experience working within LEAN, Six Sigma, Prince 2 and PYMBOK philosophies and practices.
