He has led and assisted many companies through successful IPO’s, capital raising and corporate transactions. Mr Skinner is the corporate advisor for several unlisted and ASX-listed companies. He holds a Wholesale Australian Financial Services License (AFSL), a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics from The University of Western Australia, and is RG146 and ADA1 compliant.
