Jason Clifton

Jason Clifton was the chief financial officer of Australian Strategic Materials from June 2021 to November 2023. Prior to that, he was the senior vice president of financial services at Woodside Energy and spent 3 years in New Zealand as a chief financial officer, including 2 years at Westpac. Mr Clifton also had held auditing and finance roles, including 12 years at Bankwest and Commonwealth Bank before a short stint in New Zealand.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia, and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
