Jane Watts

Dr Jane Watts has over 30 years of experience across the banking and financial services sectors within Australia. She has led large customer-facing businesses through a range of business cycles and in different market segments including private banking, financial advice, wealth management, consumer banking and business banking.
Dr Watts held senior executive positions at Westpac, BT Financial Group, Macquarie and Lendlease. She spent over 10 years with Westpac and was the chief customer engagement officer before embarking on a company board director's career.
Dr Watts has a PhD in Organisational Psychology, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
