Jane Tandy (Irwin) was chief operating officer of Canaccord Genuity from 2019 to 2023. Prior to that she was the chief operating officer of Patersons Securities for 4 years and spent over 16 years with the company prior to its acquisition by Canaccord.
Ms Tandy is a member of the Women in Stockbroking working group, finalist for the Positive Progressive of Women Award in 2018, and a nominee in the 2019 40under40 Awards.
She was a board member of the not-for-profit organisation Carers WA for eight years.
