James Wild has significant experience and established relationships with stakeholders in government, the not-for-profit sector, philanthropists and a range of funding bodies. He also has detailed knowledge of grant-making and community development in regional and metro areas of Western Australia.
During his 6-year tenure at Lotterywest, Mr Wild was a regional and Perth metro lead where he oversaw £100M+ grants to over 1000 organisations. He has been the chief executive of Men's Sheds WA since November 2019.
Mr Wild has a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Earth and Environmental Sciences. He is a member of the Institute of Consulting; Managing Successful Programs (MSP) Advanced Practitioner level – Office of Government and Commerce; National Vocational Qualification assessor; and Small Firms Enterprise Development Initiative – Business Adviser Level 4.
