James Steedman specialises in commercial litigation. He spent 15 years focusing on corporate disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy, building and construction disputes, consumer and competition matters, mining tenement disputes, property law, banking and finance matters, contractual disputes and intellectual property matters.
Mr Steedman regularly appears at hearings in the Supreme and Federal Courts, and has appeared as junior counsel to the Western Australian Court of Appeal and the New South Wales Court of Appeal.
His extensive experience is sought in all aspects of litigation by prominent public and private companies, financial institutions and charitable organisations.
