
James Fazzino is chair of Manufacturing Australia and was formerly the managing director and chief executive of Incitec Pivot where, during his 14-year tenure, first as chief financial officer then as chief executive, he oversaw the construction of two new manufacturing plants, successful integration of the $3 billion Dyno-Nobel acquisition, and restructuring of the group to become a global industrial chemical company.
He is a member of the Expert Advisory Panel of the Australian Energy Market Operator, chair of Osteon Medical, and vice chancellor's Fellow at La Trobe University.
