Jakov Males

Jakov Males has over 20 years of asset management experience as a team leader, portfolio manager and senior analyst. His investment management experience and a background in fundamental valuation driven research, analysis and portfolio construction.

Prior to joining Excelsior Capital as an executive director in January 2021, Mr Males spent 12 years at UBS Asset Management (Australia) as managing director, head of Australian equities, and as a member of the board. Previous positions included head of Australian equities at Allianz Global Investors; and roles at a domestic boutique fund manager, Deutsche Asset Management and Lendlease.
