Jacqui Alder is a human resources executive, consultant and coach, with over 20 years of experience in complex global businesses. She has worked in Australia, Europe, and Asia across multiple industry sectors including resources, transport, defence, and oilfield services. Ms Alder is a respected mentor and gets a buzz from helping others to flourish. Her philosophy is that if we focus on being successful at being ourselves, that will lead us to being successful in what we do. As director of her own human resources consultancy for more than 15 years, Ms Alder has delivered complex change in organisations and built HR capability for global businesses undertaking major capital and strategic projects. She focuses on coaching and mentoring women, and helping people undergoing career transition. Ms Alder is also the author of a self-coaching journal for women, Clarity Simplicity Success, which contains her unique coaching process and is aimed at helping women be successful at being themselves in whatever they do. A graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Ms Alder also holds a Master of Commerce, plus accreditations in Change Management, Executive Coaching, and Project Management.
