Iain Ross is an experienced director and has served on a number of Australian company boards. He spent over 20 years in cross-border management as a chair and chief executive; led & participated in six London Stock Exchange IPOs; and has direct experience of mergers and acquisitions transactions in Europe, USA and the Pacific Rim.

In his executive career, Mr Ross held senior positions in Sandoz AG, Fisons, Hoffmann-La Roche AG and Celltech Group. He had also undertaken a number of startups and turnarounds on behalf of banks and private equity groups.
