Harsh Grover

Harsh Grover is a management professional with experience and expertise in strategic planning, business development, project planning, project execution, training, coaching and mentoring. Mr Grover has significant experience in planning and delivery of major projects in the electricity industry, having been involved in a number of power generation, transmission and distribution projects in Australia. He established Grover Projects in 2002 as an independent strategy, management consulting and project management firm specialising in developing innovative strategies for the successful delivery of major projects across a range of industries.
