Hailey Adams-Packer has worked in the public sector for over 15 years, in a variety of policy and leadership roles. She has a broad range of expertise including providing advice to government and stakeholders on policy development and implementation, project management, supporting change and delivering reform. Ms Adams-Packer is also the managing director of a web design, social media and business support company which she established with her partner in July 2018.
