Angus Gallagher, popularly known as Gusface Grillah, is a financial planner and founder of Perth BBQ School where he runs barbecue classes and workshops.
A BBQ and burger enthusiast, Mr Gallagher won the 2019 Best Burger in the West with his If You Got Beef Then Bring the Ruckus Burger which features a beef patty, home-smoked pulled beef and crispy pastrami topped with cold-smoked cheese and a stout-based barbecue sauce.
