Gregory Quirk has over 36 years of experience as a chief executive, chief financial officer, and in senior finance, commercial and risk management roles in Australia and overseas. He has experience in global merger and acquisition transactions, private equity and capital raisings.

For 10 years, Mr Quirk held roles at Burns Philp and the Rank Group including as group financial controller and risk manager.
