Greg Boulton AM has been a professional director for over 30 years, serving on public company and institution boards as a chairman and non-executive director.
He has a Bachelor of Arts (Accounting), is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants.
