Graham Short has over four decades of experience in public policy setting, implementation and advocacy in both the private and government sectors. This included five State Government Departments, and as chief executive of the peak industry bodies representing the motor trade and the professional fishing industries.
Mr Short is a strategic advisor working to support boards and senior officers to meet their obligations under the workplace health and safety regime. He conducts briefings, organisation and system reviews, critical investigations and participates in the regulator interface as part of employer defence in prosecutions.
He is a registered lobbyist and guides organisation’s in their interactions with government through the political and development approval process.
Mr Short has business and accounting qualifications, and is a Fellow of the Society of Certified Practising Accountants (FCPA).
