Graham Anderson

Graham Anderson commenced his career in 1983 with Ernst & Young before moving to the national chartered accounting firms of Duesburys and Horwath, as a partner with particular responsibilities for providing a range of audit and related corporate services.

Mr Anderson had extensive experience and knowledge of the ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act, and had acted as director and company secretary to several ASX-listed entities. He was also significantly involved in the IPO stage including due diligence process for Australis Aquaculture, Dynasty Metals Australia, Echo Resources, Pegasus Metals, Mamba Minerals, Ethan Minerals and Iron Road.

Mr Anderson passed away on July 19, 2015.
