Gordon Webster has over 25 years of experience across a range of executive advisory roles, delivering major business and IT change successfully to various industry sectors.
As a general manager and managing director, he has successfully grown both large and niche consulting services organisations in disciplines ranging from strategic business advice to large scale transformation and cultural reform programs. Prior to becoming managing director of the Mango Group, he was general manager of Ajilon which is one of WA’s largest and most successful IT consulting firms. He was responsible for all aspects of the business across WA and grew Ajilon to over 250 consultants, overseeing the delivery of critical strategic business and IT projects simultaneously across a client base in sectors including utilities, banking, insurance and government agencies.
His career also included an executive program role in delivering the largest business and IT operating model migration undertaken in Europe for the Royal Bank of Scotland. This program was recognised globally as the most successful ever of its size and complexity.
