Gina Nofal assists and represents corporate and individual clients in dispute resolution matters across all courts in Western Australia.
Prior to becoming a senior associate of Bennett's litigation and commercial law practice in September 2022, Ms Nofal was an associate in HHG Legal Group's commercial litigation team. She has worked in a number of large and boutique firms across a range of practice areas including general and commercial litigation, wills & inheritance, deceased estates, and insolvency.
Ms Nofal moved to Perth from Johannesburg in 2012, prior to which she gained experience in-house at a private company across insurance and intellectual property.
