Gil Clausen

Gilmour Clausen is a mining executive with over 30 years of experience in the areas of management, finance, development and operations in the base metals and precious metals industry.

Prior to becoming president and chief executive of Copper Mountain Mining in June 2018, Mr Clausen was the president and chief executive of Brio Gold since its inception in 2014 until its acquisition in May 2018 by Leagold Mining Corporation. He subsequently became president, chief executive and director of the company.
