Gavin Harper was the managing director of Chevron's gas business development company in Korea and has a broad experience with Chevron Corporation, working in both operating and non-operating roles globally. In January 2011, Mr Harper was appointed chair of the company and transitioned to full-time executive chair in November 2011.
