Garry Browne AM has over 40 years of senior management and board experience across the government, not-for-profit and corporate sectors. He also has experience in leveraging distribution networks to build businesses and improve brand reputation.
Mr Browne was the chief executive and current chair of FMCG company Stuart Alexander & Co, chair of hospitality platform Barcats and the UNSW International House Residential College.
He has a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology in Sydney, and has completed the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School.
In 2014, Mr Browne was awarded a Member of the Order of Australia for significant service to the community as a supporter of a range of social welfare, youth, Jewish and environmental organisations, and to business.
