
Gabriel Wong has over 20 years of experience and extensive knowledge in property, general commercial, trusts, wills and estate matters. He regularly provides advice on the acquisition, development (both greenfield subdivision and multi-level mixed-use strata developments), leasing and sale of residential, commercial and rural land; and assists in the documentation of wills and estate planning (including drafting complex wills and testamentary trusts), estate administration (including acting in numerous inheritance claims), and trusts (including reviewing and amending trusts deeds).
Mr Wong was admitted to legal practice in early 2001. He has been a legal practice director of Tang Law since May 2019.
Mr Wong is an active member of the Law Society of Western Australia and is a member of its Property Law, and Elder Law and Succession committees. He assisted in the establishment of the WA branch of the Asian Australian Lawyers Association (AALA) and remains a committee member, and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Australasian Legal Practice Management Association (ALPMA).
Mr Wong holds Bachelor degrees in both Law and Commerce.
