Fred Grimwade has a broad range of experience in strategic management, mining, finance, corporate governance and law.
Mr Grimwade was a director of AWB from 2008 to 2010 and held general management positions at Colonial Agricultural Company, the Colonial Group, Western Mining Corporation and Goldman Sachs & Co. In May 2012, Mr Grimwade was appointed non-executive director of listed company XRF Scientific. He is also non-executive director of Select Harvests; chair of CPT Global; principal and executive director of Fawkner Capital, a specialist corporate advisory and investment firm.
Mr Grimwade is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Australia, Life Member of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia, and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
