Fiona Ellett is an experienced, dual-qualified English and Western Australian, corporate/commercial lawyer with extensive transactional and corporate advisory experience particularly in the resources and technology sectors. Having spent 8 years working in London, and a number of years working in Perth, Ms Ellett has broad international and local experience particularly in joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements and strategic alliances, various commercial agreements, cross-border and domestic acquisitions, disposals and farm-ins, board governance, finance and security arrangements (including PPSA), and general corporate advisory matters.
