Felicity Gooding is a chartered accountant and finance executive who had worked for Tattarang (formerly Minderoo Group), Fortescue Energy (formerly Fortescue Future Industries), and Minderoo Foundation, the private companies of Andrew and Nicola Forrest.
She has experience specialising in due diligence, mergers and acquisitions and equity and debt financing across various sectors in Washington DC, Singapore and London.
Ms Gooding has held senior positions at PwC, Diageo, Fortescue Energy and Fortescue Metals Group where she was instrumental in the raising of over $5bn expansion financing. She was also an executive at potash development company Sirius Minerals.
