Eric Gobbert is a mining executive with over two decades of experience in drilling and blasting and exploration drilling across Australia and the Asia-Pacific. Mr Gobbert joined BWE Drilling (formerly Dynamic Group Holdings) as chief operating officer in 2025. In that position he led over 200 personnel through operational subsidiaries Dynamic Drill & Blast, Welldrill, and Orlando Drilling and manages the groups large and technically diverse drilling fleet.
Prior to his role at Dynamic Group Holdings, Mr Gobbert has most recently held senior positions as COO at Norcliffe Mining Services, General Manager – Exploration at Ausdrill. During his tenure at Ausdrill, he championed the adoption of new technologies, such as automated rod-handling systems and advanced drill rigs, to enhance safety and operational efficiency.
