Emma Leys

Emma Leys practises in the areas of property, finance, corporate, commercial and local government. She acts on behalf of owners of retail shopping complexes and office buildings, finance providers, property owners and developers, real estate agents, commercial and professional organisations, local governments and other government bodies.

Ms Leys joined Kott Gunning in 1999 and was appointed a partner and head of the property/commercial practice group in 2005. She became a managing partner in March 2019 until Kott Gunning ceased operations in December 2021. Ms Leys then joined Hall & Wilcox.
