Emma Daly, and her husband Heath, co-founded Raw Kitchen in 2010 and began operating a stall at the Fremantle markets. A decade later and subsequent moves into cafe spaces, they rebranded the vegan eatery as Mother to reflect the kitchen’s gradual transition from strictly raw food to a broader plant-based cooking style. It now includes a drinks menu and is aimed to make it on par with any other restaurant experience.
