Elizabeth Tylich is a commercial lawyer with a particular focus on transactions and the not-for-profit sector. She also has experience in the areas of competition and consumer law.
In February 2020, Ms Tylich was appointed as Jackson McDonald’s first ever female chairperson, which complements her day-to-day work in advising clients on corporate governance, strategic legal issues and working with other boards.
Her legal practice includes advising on director duties, privacy, data protection and technology contracts, corporate governance and design, complex contracting arrangements, and assisting clients to navigate regulatory environments and ensure compliance, including with anti-money laundering laws.
Ms Tylich is also a director of Football West and was appointed to the Council of Edith Cowan University on 20 August 2021 and has served on ECU’s Legislative Committee since August 2015 and was appointed Deputy Chair of the Committee on 26 June 2021.
