Ms Smith's executive career includes Corporate Finance Partner roles at William Buck and Grant Thornton, as well as audit experience at Ernst & Young. She has skills in finance and accounting, strategy, M&A, risk and governance and experience advising businesses with growth aspirations and has also worked across a range of industries (including retail, advertising and technology) and for businesses ranging from small privately owned companies to large ASX listed entities. She is Chair of the Risk Committee.
